Support public procurement processes, ensuring competitive and compliant participation in tenders.
Analyze tender notices (editais), identifying requirements, deadlines and other relevant information.
Prepare the documentation required for participation in bidding processes, including drafting technical and commercial proposals.
Monitor the progress of bids and keep the sales team informed about next steps.
Liaise with public agencies and other stakeholders to clarify questions and obtain up-to-date information.
Interpret laws and regulations governing bidding processes.
Prepare reports and spreadsheets to track bidding processes.
Complete and follow up registrations with public agencies.
Participate in electronic and in-person auctions (pregões).

Minimum 6 months of prior experience with public tenders/bidding processes
Knowledge of Brazil's Public Procurement Law (Law No. 14.133/2021) and electronic bidding (pregão eletrônico)
Experience using portals such as Comprasnet, BLL, Licitações-e, among others
High school diploma (completed)
Degree in Administration, Law, Accounting or related fields (completed or in progress) is a plus
Participation in courses or training on public procurement and public contracts
