About this role
Role Overview
Drive net-new business development across targeted verticals
Reach out to new potential clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication
Generate new leads through proactive prospecting and CRM management
Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts are signed to achieve assigned sales goals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through frequent communication and visits
Represent Teltonika at exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings
Collaborate with product specialists and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
Requirements
Professional English language skills (spoken and written)
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales
Assertive, results-driven sales professional with a hunter mindset and proven experience in lead generation and cold calling
Independent and self-driven, with the ability to manage sales activities autonomously across long sales cycles.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho
