Lead the architecture, design, implementation and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions
Manage the transition from legacy finance systems
Play a key role in modernizing enterprise systems, coordinating legacy data archiving and decommissioning efforts, and managing complex data conversion projects into current financial systems
Design and implement Oracle EBS and Oracle ERP Cloud solutions that meet enterprise-wide requirements for scalability, performance, and reliability
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document functional and technical requirements
Design integration frameworks using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs (REST/SOAP), and middleware platforms (Fusion Middleware)
Manage the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Financials, Procurement and Supply Chain
Lead migration strategies and data integration efforts between financial systems delivering robust and optimized implementations
Research, analyze and recommend utilities or tools to support and streamline data migration across systems
Develop and manage processes for archiving, tracking, coordinating, and decommissioning legacy systems
Coordinate with technical teams to phase out legacy applications and migrate relevant capabilities and data into Oracle ERP platforms
Establish governance and quality frameworks for legacy system transitions
Lead the planning, design, and execution of data conversion projects to migrate legacy system data into current financial and operational systems
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 15+ years of professional experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle ERP Cloud, and enterprise system architecture
In lieu of degree, 4 additional years of related work experience is required
Strong expertise with Oracle financials, procurement, supply chain applications, including data migration methodologies and tools
Hands-on experience managing large-scale data conversion or data migration projects, particularly into Oracle ERP platforms
Proficient in Oracle development tools (SQL, PL/SQL), Oracle Analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher), and middleware technologies
Proven track record of managing legacy system lifecycle processes, including data archiving, accessibility, and decommissioning
Strong understanding of data governance, compliance standards and best practices for maintaining data integrity
Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and complex multi-stakeholder projects
