Lead gate reviews and ensure delivery of competitive bids
Engage with customers and industry partners
Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal organizations and stakeholders
Create and deliver presentations and white papers
Manage applicable resources, including staffing and new business funds
Support MSP Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Planning (LRP) activities
Collaborate with RTX Global Government Relations at the Federal, State/Local on Public Policy
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 12 years experience in the space industry in either technical or programmatic roles
3+ years as capture manager, proposal manager, cost/price strategist, or Chief Engineer within a capture team with USG (DoD, IC, Civil) customers pursuing contracts with values of at least $50M
Experience leading teams in accomplishing project objectives within budget and schedule constraints
Experience developing and delivering white papers, proposal elements, and executive-level briefings
Experience with USG acquisition and planning/programming processes and interface with USSF, IC and or NASA/NOAA customers
