Manage as directed technical and acceptance testing on multiple Programmes/projects/enhancements/upgrades.
Support related activities to existing and inflight Digital Ticketing solutions.
Support design and production of test cases, scripts, and plans across the project lifecycle.
Identify, manage and implement a range of manual and automation test scripts.
Manage all test issues through to completion including detailed analysis and resolution with stakeholders.
Deliver technical documentation and guides as required.
Ensure maintenance of a high-quality test environment.
Assist with developing internal test practices complying with DTS practices and test strategies.
Apply analytical skills to existing complex IT solutions.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and customers.
Execute tests in the Test portfolio across multiple projects.

Proven experience in the implementation and execution of testing activities, including test automation, within large and complex solutions.
Strong track record in the production and delivery of technical documentation, including test artefacts, guides, and supporting materials.
Experience in certification and standards‑based testing is desirable.
Demonstrable experience in interpreting technical specifications, requirements and standards documentation.
Proven capability in technical problem‑solving, risk identification, and the application of ITIL‑aligned processes.
Familiar with industry‑standard test tools and technologies, including ReadyAPI and Postman, Playwright, Selenium, Python, and SQL.
Knowledge of ITSO specifications and rail‑related standards (including RSPS 3002 and related frameworks) is essential.
Knowledge of cEMV processes and practices is desirable.
