Role Overview
- Lead the global strategy and execution of integrated talent programs
- Design and implement a fully integrated, enterprise-wide approach to talent programs
- Develop and deliver leadership development programs
- Establish standards and frameworks for talent planning
- Drive consistent, enterprise-wide standards for promotions
- Integrate AI and emerging technologies into talent management and learning strategies
- Design and implement global career frameworks
- Lead accountability routines with the Board, CEO, and executive leadership team
Requirements
- 15+ years of HR executive leadership experience
- 8+ years leading both Talent Management and DIE&B functions within large, global organizations
- 12+ years of people leadership experience
- Deep expertise in executive talent management, succession planning, and executive selection
- Strong background in organizational design and development
- Demonstrated strength in learning and development
- Strong business acumen, with excellent project management skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and strong analytical capabilities
- Certification in assessment tools preferred
- Deep understanding of modern HR technology ecosystems
- Experience leveraging external talent market insights and benchmarking
