Responsible for developing and driving the overall sales strategy in the Workplace Segment
Promoting national account development across Tarkett
Leveraging existing strategic account relationships and developing new strategic accounts
Working closely with the sales leadership across Tarkett, supporting regional and national sales leadership and account executives in their respective regions
Developing and implementing strategic account, segment strategy, sales plans, account targeting and development
Actively involved in sales process by providing guidance to the field
Supporting regional sales teams in the development of accounts
Conducting training for end users and clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field required.
Minimum of 8+ years of related sales experience required.
Demonstrate high energy, passion and high achievement orientation.
Exceptional collaborative style and commitment to being a team player.
Results-driven, determined, and flexible, with exceptional organization, time management skills and disciplined work ethic.
Self-motivated; capable of working independently and with a team.
Strong presentation skills – in person and virtual: Teams, Zoom, etc.
Strong computer skills – (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Ability to manage both long and short term planning while seamlessly adjusting to fluctuating priorities.
Strong capacity for managing multiple complex projects with a high level of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
Possesses a proactive approach to problem solving, actively seeking opportunities for improvement with solutions in mind.
Experience in commercial flooring industry strongly preferred.
