Role Overview
- Support payroll operations across the U.S.
- Ensure compliance with multi-state tax regulations
- Resolve complex payroll issues
- Support audit and correction activities
- Audit employee tax setups
- Manage payroll corrections and assist with ADP processing
- Process timely payment of wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience performing payroll functions
- Strong knowledge of US Payroll Tax Regulations
- Ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, SAP)
- Familiarity with labor and tax laws
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
