Responsible for structuring the accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliation journeys on the platform, ensuring continuous improvement of the customer experience and end-to-end financial correctness;
Co-responsible, together with the Tech Lead, for specifying prioritized initiatives in the financial core roadmap, including the behavior of the accounting engine and the intelligent reconciliation, as well as for managing the development pipeline;
Lead the strategy for transitioning from the current system to the platform, ensuring customers migrate without losing financial correctness or historical data;
Ensure regulatory readiness, including the Tax Reform (IBS/CBS), is treated as a core product capability rather than merely a backlog item;
Work closely with engineering, design, Customer Success and operations to ensure efficient delivery of initiatives;
Monitor product metrics and customer feedback to drive prioritization and continuous evolution.
Requirements
6–10 years of professional experience, with relevant background in financial ERPs;
Hands-on experience building accounts payable and receivable products with an accounting/ledger engine — you have modeled the relationship between amounts owed, amounts paid and bank confirmations, and understand the trade-offs of different approaches;
Deep accounting and finance domain knowledge: accrual vs. cash basis, chart of accounts, cost centers, allocations, and the income statement (P&L);
Bank reconciliation viewed as a product problem — you understand why it is a customer’s daily operation and why automating it delivers far more value than simply showing it on a dashboard;
Good judgement to decide what to include in the first phase and what to defer, recognizing when "leave for later" will lead to extensive refactoring;
Strong organizational skills, prioritization ability and autonomy;
Comfort working in high-demand environments with multiple concurrent initiatives and challenging targets;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
