Review, validate, and coordinate project intake requests for software and IT initiatives
Ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal capitalization policies
Route intake requests through supporting governance teams efficiently
Partner with project managers, finance teams, and IT stakeholders to resolve intake questions
Support accurate financial classification of project activities (Capital vs. Expense)
Maintain strong data integrity across intake tools such as JIRA and SharePoint
Assist with documentation and continuous improvement of intake and governance processes
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in project coordination, intake support, finance operations, or similar roles
Strong understanding of Capital vs Expense financial treatment
Experience supporting software or IT infrastructure projects
High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance
Ability to work effectively in structured, process-driven environments
Proven experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
