Role Overview
Handle member inquiries across various channels, including email, phone and social media.
Build solid product knowledge of our bike range to provide members with personalized advice and recommendations.
Act as the voice of the customer by collecting feedback and sharing insights with your team.
Communicate clearly and effectively so information is always understandable and precise.
Take a solution-oriented approach by resolving issues at first contact whenever possible.
Requirements
Genuine interest in delivering the best possible customer support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
Strong problem-solving skills combined with natural curiosity and a willingness to learn.
A high degree of empathy and a commitment to exceed customer expectations.
Actively seek feedback to grow and develop professionally.
Enjoy the dynamics of a team environment but also work well independently.
Maintain a positive attitude even under pressure or in challenging situations.
A reliable, organized, and committed team player.
At least one year of practical experience in a similar customer service role.
Fluent in English.
