Lead and manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and first engagement through to signed licensing agreements and R&D partnerships
Identify, approach, and develop strategic partnerships with footwear brands, OEMs, distributors, and relevant commercial stakeholders
Build and expand a strong industry network across footwear, sportswear, outdoor, and performance sectors
Represent the company at trade fairs, commercial meetings, negotiations, and investor-facing opportunities
Work closely with the founder to shape commercial strategy, market positioning, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives
Contribute to the long-term scaling of the business, including helping establish and develop high-performing cross-functional teams
Drive growth initiatives and support the successful expansion of patented technologies into new markets and commercial applications
Requirements
Strong track record in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles, with proven success managing long sales cycles and closing strategic partnerships
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and ability to operate independently in a fast-growth environment
Previous experience managing complex commercial negotiations and building strategic client relationships
Minimum of 5 years of B2B commercial experience; extensive industry experience within footwear, sporting goods, manufacturing, licensing, or related sectors is highly valued
Strong networking, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Comfortable operating in an early-stage or scale-up environment with evolving structures and high ownership responsibilities
Openness to an equity-based or reduced cash compensation model during the company’s growth phase
