Conceptualize, manage, optimize and scale paid social campaigns across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
Provide strategic consulting to (inter)national clients on the development and implementation of data-driven social media strategies and take responsibility for the planning and execution of complex campaign projects
Analyze, evaluate and continuously optimize relevant performance KPIs and derive data-driven recommendations to advance campaigns
Monitor market and industry trends, test new platform features and develop innovative approaches to generate best practices and successful case studies
Work closely with internal teams and support the further development of internal social paid processes, standards and knowledge transfer within the team
Requirements
Relevant professional experience in social advertising and confident use of Facebook Ads tools
Openness to other performance marketing topics (including the interaction with social). Hands-on operational experience is an advantage
Independent working style, strong communication skills and team spirit, and enjoyment in working with clients and colleagues
