SAP migration & transition: You will take responsibility for planning, executing and monitoring SAP migration and transition projects to ensure a smooth transition.
System administration: You administer and maintain our clients' SAP system landscapes, including installation, configuration, monitoring and performance tuning.
Hyperscalers: Your focus is on managing and optimizing SAP landscapes in the cloud environments of the leading hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Customer support: As the technical point of contact for our customers, you support them in using and optimizing their SAP solutions, including troubleshooting and providing technical assistance.
Product development: With a view to future-proof solutions, you will continuously help develop our managed service products together with the team and contribute new ideas.
Documentation: To ensure full transparency, you will create and maintain technical documentation and operations manuals.

You already have initial professional experience in SAP administration, ideally in the SAP Basis area.
You have experience with SAP Basis and are familiar with one or more common SAP databases. Ideally, you have already had first contact with SAP BTP or RISE with SAP.
You are service-oriented and enjoy customer contact and technical support.
To guarantee stable system operation for our customers around the clock, you are happy to participate in the on-call rotation as part of the team.

You communicate confidently and fluently in German and English to interact easily with our customers and within the team.
