Conduct structured customer onboardings (1:1 calls & sessions)
Provide step-by-step introductions to the Linkster Performance Cloud
Support the setup of configurations and process workflows (e.g., campaign structure, tracking, influencer selection, briefings)
Share best practices in performance influencer marketing
Ensure customers quickly achieve initial results and wins
Work closely with Customer Success and Tech teams on questions or challenges
Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process
Develop and refine onboarding materials (guides, templates, training content)
Ensure accurate and structured recording of all new customers in the CRM according to defined onboarding processes

Solid understanding of influencer marketing — you understand how campaigns are structured, how performance is measured, and how collaboration with creators works
Strong service mentality — you are committed to helping customers and making them successful
Solution-oriented thinking — you find pragmatic ways to advance customers, can assess customer needs, and outline solution approaches
