Support the execution of go-to market strategies by building and optimising scalable and data-driven processes across the entire customer lifecycle
Manage and continuously improve our HubSpot CRM system, including workflows, automation, reporting and dashboards to enable stronger pipeline performance
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and our Product team to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models and pipeline analytics to support strategic planning and drive revenue growth
Monitor and report on key revenue metrics and KPI’s such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn and conversion rates to help drive predictable and sustainable growth
Share data with our management team to support decision making
Visualize data in engaging ways, ensuring clear communication and accuracy
Requirements
1 years’ experience in a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations role, ideally in an early-stage start-up
Proven experience with HubSpot CRM (reporting, workflows, dashboard, automation) or similar CRM would be advantageous
Familiarity with Sales and Marketing analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
