About this role
Role Overview
Understand the Cotiviti solution artifacts and prepare client facing presentations based on use cases.
Perform research on solutions within health plans to build landscape diagram.
Provide pre-sales, RFP and demo support to solution consultants for Cotiviti solutions.
Create solution handover document for professional services team during pre-sales process.
Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving and thinking critically.
Completing tasks independently.
Interpreting data.
Making timely decisions in the context of a workflow.
Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Learning new tasks and completing tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.
Remembering and adhering to processes and protocols.
