Role Overview
- Managing client relationships
- Supervising, reviewing, and providing on-the-job training for staff
- Performing all tasks of the assurance engagements when needed
- Leading client engagements and ensuring a high degree of accuracy and timeliness of audit engagements
- Delivering quality internal and external client service
- Focusing on solutions and problem solving creatively to assist team members in achieving department goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related
- Active CPA in good standing
- 6+ years of increasing levels of responsibility in public accounting
- Experience in Government and Single Audit financial statement audits with a CPA firm
- Demonstrably strong leadership skills
- Applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
