Guide Customers through Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) phase, ensuring seamless communication, addressing feedback, and facilitating a successful and satisfactory testing process.
Self-organise and manage your work schedule throughout the year, ensuring effective future utilisation planning.
Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, spanning internal teams and external parties, to ensure streamlined communications and successful outcomes.
Proactively mitigate risks within the project portfolio, working closely with the Manager to solve issues.
Ensure project collateral and tracking measures are accurate at all times.
Achieve high quality outcomes for your customers, measured against defects raised, timeliness and NPS.
Requirements
Evidence of an interest in technology (current role, self-study, education)
Ability to programme in one language (C# / SQL knowledge would be preferred)
Experience working in a customer facing role (customer service, technical support, implementation etc)
A logical thinker
Detail orientated, quality driven and a meticulous planner
Effective communicator: comfortable communicating complex, often technical, points in ways appropriate to audiences that may vary from non-technical to highly technical, and through various verbal and written methods
Ability to skilfully navigate difficult conversations with fairness and empathy
