Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and/or Google.
Deep understanding of growth levers including offer strategy, conversion optimisation, creative performance, and budget deployment.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
Proven ability to diagnose account challenges using data and recommend strategic solutions confidently.
Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of creative strategy and performance-driven messaging.
Experience collaborating closely with Media Buyers, Creatives, and wider delivery teams.
High proficiency in Shopify, Triple Whale, GA4, and e-commerce analytics tools.
Strong AI fluency and comfort integrating AI into day-to-day workflows.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
