Serve as the guardian and strategist for the bank's Cash Management portfolio.
Deep technical expertise in products — payments, collections, receivables, liquidity management, escrow and linked accounts.
Act as an internal reference and institutional representative in financial market forums.
Serve as the strategic bridge between commercial areas, sales specialists, core product development and digital channels.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
Proven experience in Cash Management products within the financial market, preferably in wholesale banking.
Deep, practical knowledge of the cash portfolio, including: payments (TED, TEF, boleto, Pix), receivables (collections and prepayments), liquidity management, escrow, linked accounts and financial reconciliation.
Strong command of the Brazilian regulatory environment, familiar with Central Bank regulations, SPB, Pix, Open Finance, escritural duplicata and payment split arrangements.
Experience designing and structuring financial products, from conception to operationalization, with a focus on profitability and scalability.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams such as Commercial, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance.
Experience representing the institution in market forums (such as Febraban, ABBC or similar).
Transformational mindset, able to challenge the status quo, propose innovations and lead change while maintaining technical rigor.
Executive-level communication, clear and adaptable to different audiences and organizational levels.
