Role Overview
- Coordinate all Customer related jobs
- Ensure timely handling of appointments and assignments to appointed agents
- Monitor execution of port calls, working closely with agents and vendors
- Follow up with local port agents for operational requirements
- Provide support to Customers, Operations team, Support team, and Sales
- Assist with conceptualizing and pricing of Customer contracts with Sales
- Maintain agency agreement information in IT systems
- Report issues to Key Account Manager or Sales Executive
- Gather information for investigation and resolution of disputes
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related field
- Knowledge of shipping logistics is a plus
