About this role
Role Overview
Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
Help organize tasks, reminders, and priorities for the founders
Assist with inbox and email management
Support with administrative tasks and internal coordination
Help book travel, restaurants, appointments, and personal arrangements
Take meeting notes and organize follow-ups/action items
Assist with documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and company processes
Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members professionally
Help keep everything structured, organized, and moving forward
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) — this is a must
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and easy to work with
Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
Comfortable multitasking and handling different types of tasks
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Coordinator, or similar support role (Nice to Have)
Experience with tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, ClickUp, Notion, or Asana (Nice to Have)
Experience supporting founders, managers, or remote teams (Nice to Have)
