Preparing status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes to keep senior stakeholders informed.
Reviewing and organising project documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
Coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and supporting delivery teams with day-to-day activities.
Managing schedules, dashboards, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) data to ensure accurate reporting and effective decision-making.
Carrying out financial and resource planning and tracking to ensure projects have the people and funding they need and that related reporting is of a professional standard.
Helping project / programme managers prepare for stage gate reviews and other governance activities.
Completing regular status reports to RDG standards.
Contributing to the PMO’s management and maintenance of SmartSheet for project, programme and portfolio management and help build own expertise and that of others.
Requirements
SmartSheet experience or willingness to learn (backed by experience of other project management / reporting software) and become certified.
Experience of planning, tracking and reporting on project financials.
Advanced Excel skills.
Previous PMO experience, ideally in a portfolio or large programme setting.
A relevant PMO or project management qualification.
A pro-active, collaborative mindset.
Experience as a Project Manager.
Advanced SharePoint skills.
