Role Overview
- Provide assessment, coordination, case management and monitoring of mandatory participants
- Provide consultation to hospital leadership on job performance problems
- Provide short-term counseling and supportive services to voluntary participants
- Assist with program promotion by establishing relationships with key hospital personnel
Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the Behavioral Sciences
- Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Minimum five (5) years of experience with direct clinical services
- Case management and assessment experience
