Role Overview
- Be the welcoming, energetic face (or voice!) of F45 to every prospective member driving an exceptional onboarding experience.
- Manage the pipeline of leads to drive conversions
- Run consultative conversations that uncover each prospect's goals and connect them to the workout.
- Book trials, attend trials, take the class with the prospect as needed.
- Follow up with every lead until they become a member.
- You’ll be self-motivated to achieve monthly new member growth goals.
- Travel between our Mountain View and Cupertino studios as needed.
Requirements
- You live and breathe fitness. F45, CrossFit, group strength, OTF, Barry’s.
- You're a natural with people! Warm, curious, and genuinely good at making strangers feel welcome.
- You're not afraid to ask for the sale.
- You're persistent.
- You're self-directed.
- You have a reliable car and a clean driver's license.
- You're willing to work early mornings, evenings or weekends.
