You will be part of the new RD Conversas team, dedicated to a project to build from scratch an integrated email solution for the RD Conversas platform, which currently focuses on WhatsApp.
Your role will be to develop new features within an established product, balancing speed, quality and consistency, and to serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting and guiding engineers.
Design scalable, secure and maintainable solutions for the new email system.
Write high-quality code following best practices and standards.
Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance and readability.
Identify and resolve complex issues such as critical bugs, performance bottlenecks and architectural failures.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
Contribute to system architecture and the continuous improvement of processes such as CI/CD, automated testing and deployment.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, communicating risks and timelines clearly.

Strong experience in software engineering with a focus on Node.js.
Proficiency in TypeScript.
Experience with Vue.js.
Strong knowledge of software testing.
Knowledge of software architecture and development best practices.
Clear communication skills, proactivity, autonomy and a technical leadership profile.
Critical, analytical and systemic thinking, with a strategic and scalable mindset.
