First point of contact for customer inquiries via our ticketing system (Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects), email and other channels
Fast, structured, independent and solution-oriented handling of support tickets
Clear and understandable guidance for our customers on using the Linkster Performance Cloud – with the goal of delivering real value
Prioritization and independent handling of incoming inquiries according to defined processes
Close coordination with our tech team on bugs or other more complex issues
Ensuring high response quality and short reaction times in support
Documenting solutions and actively contributing to the development of our knowledge management database (Help Center & internal knowledge base)
Growth perspective: As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, e.g., in customer onboarding, quality management, or independent management of key accounts.
Requirements
Strong service mentality – you aim to genuinely help customers and provide them with an excellent experience
You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner and take ownership of your tasks
Quick comprehension – you enjoy solving problems, understand them rapidly and can classify them clearly
Strong problem-solving skills – you find pragmatic, effective solutions, even for new questions
You communicate clearly, precisely and understandably – even on complex topics
You remain calm and solution-focused, even when things need to be done quickly or several issues arise at once
You enjoy working with tools and can quickly get to grips with new systems
Interest in SaaS, e-commerce or influencer marketing (not required, but a plus)
You are available 15–20 hours per week and can be deployed flexibly
You speak and write fluent German and English.
