About this role
Role Overview
You will work closely with our CTO and play a central role in technical problem-solving around our product — the Linkster Influencer Performance Cloud.
You act as the interface between Customer Success, customers, and Engineering, ensuring technical challenges are resolved efficiently and cleanly.
You analyze and resolve technical tickets from the Customer Success team (e.g., bugs, data issues, logic questions).
You independently familiarize yourself with existing codebases and identify root causes of technical problems.
You proactively communicate with Customer Success and customers to understand requirements and explain solutions clearly.
You assist with feature adjustments and technical optimizations of our platform (Frontend: Angular, Backend: Ruby on Rails).
Requirements
You have drive and enjoy solving technical problems independently.
You have programming experience (e.g., through studies, projects, or internships).
Ideally experience with Ruby (on Rails), JS frontend frameworks (such as Angular), RESTful APIs, and SQL databases (such as Postgres).
You are strong in communication and can speak clearly and understandably with non-technical stakeholders (e.g., customers, Customer Success).
You have strong analytical skills and approach problems in a structured way.
You are highly self-motivated and enjoy working independently.
You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
As a working student you are available 15–20 hours per week, or you are available for a full-time role.
