As a Social Media Manager, you will coordinate the execution of strategies, from idea conception to overseeing editorial plans, community engagement, and daily client relations
Reporting to a team and managing multiple accounts, you will be responsible for our clients' online presence and reputation
You will be involved from briefing to results analysis and will serve as a key liaison between the agency, the client, and the creative teams
Supervise graphic, photo, and video production in collaboration with the agency's different departments (creative, influencer)
Analyze the results of initiatives (Reach, Engagement, Conversion, etc.) and prepare/oversee quarterly reports, campaign reviews, and annual reports
Requirements
Proven experience (minimum 3-4 years) in social media within an agency environment managing major accounts in the consumer goods sector (food, retail, beauty)
Excellent command of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) with a strong grasp of platform-specific norms
Solid knowledge of organic formats, paid social, algorithms, and engagement mechanics
Exceptional writing skills, ability to synthesize information, and flawless spelling
Fluent English (spoken and written) required to support our international clients
