Conceptualize, manage, optimize and scale paid social campaigns across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
Provide strategic advice to (inter)national clients on developing and implementing data-driven social media strategies, and take responsibility for planning and executing complex campaign projects
Analyze, evaluate and continuously optimize relevant performance KPIs, deriving data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns
Monitor market and industry trends, test new platform features, and develop innovative approaches to generate best practices and successful case studies
Work closely with internal teams and support the development of internal social paid processes, standards, and knowledge transfer within the team
Requirements
Relevant professional experience in social advertising and a confident command of Facebook Ads tools
Know-how in auction-based platforms
Experience creating audience-targeted and cross-channel campaigns
Openness to other performance marketing topics (including the interplay with social). Hands-on campaign management experience is an advantage
Independent working style, strong communication skills and team spirit, and enjoyment in working with clients and colleagues
