Role Overview
Handle member inquiries across multiple channels, including email, phone, and social media.
Build deep product knowledge of our bike range to provide personalized advice and recommendations to members.
Act as the voice of the customer by collecting feedback and sharing insights with your team.
Communicate clearly and effectively so information is always understandable and precise.
Take a solution-oriented approach by resolving issues at the first contact whenever possible.
Requirements
Genuine interest in delivering the best possible customer support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
Strong problem-solving skills combined with natural curiosity and willingness to learn.
A high degree of empathy and a commitment to exceed customer expectations.
You proactively seek feedback to grow and develop personally.
You enjoy the dynamics of a team environment but also work well independently.
You stay positive even when faced with challenges or working under pressure.
A reliable, organized, and committed team player.
At least one year of practical experience in a similar customer service role.
Fluent in English.
