About this role
Role Overview
Adjust demand packages based on attorney direction and coverage limits.
Prepare complete demand packages for attorney review.
Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding coverage, liability, and demand submissions.
Verify accuracy of financial information, including medical costs, out-of-pocket expenses, and insurance payments.
Submit approved demand packages to insurance adjusters.
Collect, verify, and document required personal, medical, and insurance information.
Use case management software (for example, Filevine, Clio, Mycase).
Drafting legal documents including Letters of Protection.
Serve as the primary point of contact for more than 100 active personal injury clients.
Conduct consistent follow-up outreach based on the stage of each case.
Manage approximately 45–50 calls per week and 200+ emails/messages per week.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and remain self‑driven.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to follow structured, established processes.
Comfort handling confidential and sensitive information.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to maintain professionalism in high‑stress situations.
