Role Overview
- Provide expert supervision to your team (Licensed or Non-Licensed), helping them grow within the NJ Children’s System of Care (CSOC).
- Maintain a manageable personal caseload (12-22 hours) to lead your team by example.
- Leverage your established reputation in throughout counties in New Jersey within the Care Management Organizations and Children's System of Care to ensure your team has a steady flow of cases.
Requirements
- Active NJ LCSW or LPC (Required)
- Eligible or certified to provide clinical supervision in New Jersey
