Role Overview
- Perform accounting operations for revenue and accounts receivable
- Handle accounts payable processes
- Perform and review reconciliations
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements
- Drive continuous improvements in financial close process
- Serve as primary accounting lead
- Review monthly accounting activity prepared by the Mexico accounting team
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience
- 3+ years of experience working in QuickBooks
- Solid experience with Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accrual and cash-basis accounting
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Clear and professional communication
- Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
- An accounting degree is a must, CPA is a plus
