Role Overview
- Conduct structured customer onboarding (1:1 calls and sessions)
- Provide step-by-step introductions to the Linkster Performance Cloud
- Assist with setting up configurations and process workflows
- Share best practices in performance influencer marketing
- Ensure customers quickly see initial results and successes
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Tech on questions or challenges
- Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process
- Create and continuously improve onboarding materials
- Ensure accurate and structured recording of all new customers in the CRM
Requirements
- Solid understanding of influencer marketing
- Strong service-oriented mindset
- Solution-oriented thinking
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly
- Interest in sharing knowledge and coaching customers
- Confident and professional on customer calls
- Interest in the SaaS and e-commerce industries
- Fluent in German and English
