About this role
Role Overview
Conduct structured customer onboarding (1:1 calls and sessions)
Provide step-by-step introductions to the Linkster Performance Cloud
Assist with setting up configurations and process workflows
Share best practices in performance influencer marketing
Ensure customers quickly see initial results and successes
Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Tech on questions or challenges
Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process
Create and continuously improve onboarding materials
Ensure accurate and structured recording of all new customers in the CRM
Requirements
Solid understanding of influencer marketing
Strong service-oriented mindset
Solution-oriented thinking
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly
Interest in sharing knowledge and coaching customers
Confident and professional on customer calls
Interest in the SaaS and e-commerce industries
Fluent in German and English
