Lead and standardize reliability engineering programs across manufacturing facilities, including FMECA, RCA, PM optimization, and precision maintenance.
Optimize the EAM/CMMS system (e.g., Maximo) to ensure data integrity, asset hierarchy alignment, accurate work order tracking, and analytics.
Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend asset lifespan.
Conduct asset criticality assessments to guide maintenance strategies, spare parts stocking levels, and risk-based decision-making.
Lead failure investigations using structured methodologies such as 5-Why, fishbone, and RCM-based RCA.
Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, and maintenance teams to drive equipment performance improvements.
Train and mentor plant reliability engineers, planners, technicians, and maintenance supervisors on reliability tools and best practices.
Analyze equipment downtime data to identify trends and prioritize improvement initiatives that support OEE targets.
Support capital projects through reliability input during design review, commissioning, and startup stages.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste and optimize maintenance workflows.
