Role Overview
- Create and maintain energy financial reporting for key customers
- Deliver detailed forecasts and additional value to client contacts
- Maintain a relationship with key stakeholders
- Work closely with other teams to ensure accuracy of data

Requirements
- Creation of quality complex financial reporting
- Developing and preparing detailed, accurate, and timely reports for clients
- Direct delivery of reporting to the client
- Focus on the value add and insight.
- Client Communication
- Building client relationships and being a key point of contact for all things relating to the contracted reporting. Deliberate conversations with the client around the reporting, providing insight and opportunities not limited to the purpose of the report.
- Continuous Improvements
- Working with the Financial Reporting
- Division Manager and Principal Reporting Specialist to Identify opportunities to enhance the reporting process through automation.
- Report Delivery
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reporting across client base.
- Ensuring Accuracy
- maintaining accurate financial reports and ensuring that any discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Insight & Value Add
- Deliver accurate reporting enhanced with actionable insights into the client's energy usage and associated carbon impact, along with tailored recommendations to help reduce their carbon footprint.

- Precision in managing and reporting financial data

- Ability to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies in financial reports and correct them.

- Strong knowledge of industry schemes and an understanding of commodity markets and their impact on reporting. Become a trusted source of utility financial information for stakeholders, proving reliability and knowledge.
- Reporting tools
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel
- Development of a strong relationship with customer contacts

- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines and communicate potential delays.
- Training & Coaching Skills
- As a senior member of the team, being able to support the Principal Reporting Specialist to mentor & coach your colleagues is vitally important in this role.
