Collaborating closely with multiple Account Executive/Managers, you will strategically prospect into new accounts, leveraging their unique roles and strengths to achieve shared goals.
You’ll deepen your understanding of our product, its use cases, and any company initiatives through our onboarding program and Learning Management System. You'll also leverage resources to help you master our tech stack and understand customer challenges. You'll have ongoing support from managers through one-on-one coaching throughout.
You will leverage an industry-leading software stack in your outbound prospecting, including Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, Zoominfo and Linkedin Sales Navigator.
You will try new things – if something isn’t working, you’ll be encouraged to be creative and to try new tactics and strategies.
Requirements
1 or more years of relevant professional experience with prospecting, cold calling, emailing, networking, and researching.
You possess a strong sense of curiosity, enabling you to identify business initiatives and challenges faced by prospective customers, along with the key decision makers who are affected.
You have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Strong motivation and a goal-oriented approach, with a proven ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
You excel at interpreting and adapting to changing conditions, quickly adjusting to ambiguity, and leveraging available resources to overcome obstacles with a strategic mindset.
You effectively utilize all available resources, including technology, team members, and external networks, to accomplish your goals.
