Senior Manager, Data & AI Strategy and Value Assurance

Role Overview

• Leading and supporting the refresh of the enterprise Data & AI strategy
• Facilitating Group and Divisional Data OKR alignment
• Leading business case development for enterprise Data & AI initiatives
• Designing and leading process and framework for Data & AI value delivery
• Ensuring visibility of the work at Board and Group level

Requirements

• Strong track record of shaping enterprise strategy
• Proven experience leading or contributing to enterprise-level Data and/or AI strategy
• Insurance experience with sufficient domain understanding
• Ability to navigate and execute strategy in complex, matrixed organisations
• Confidence engaging at the most senior levels of the organisation
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority
