Source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates
Interview prospective IT candidates via video, phone and/or in person
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent
Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
Maintain ongoing contact with IT professionals on contract assignments
Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently
Generate leads and market intelligence to enhance client development efforts
Maintain relationships with candidates for industry knowledge and referrals
Meet and exceed weekly business development goals
Requirements
2+ years’ of experience in IT-related field is preferred
Strong desire to build a career in recruiting
Proven negotiating and closing skills
Ability to build candidate relationships
Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Sense of urgency
Proven track record of success
